Character design and animation
It is impossible to resist a play-to-earn game whose main characters are adorable little piggies. However, these piggies’ captivating appearance does not mean they are fragile or weak. Piggy Planet focuses on portraying powerful piggy fighters who possess the ability to fight in battles and win multiple rewards for their owners. All the game characters are designed based on the images of superheroes in Marvel, such as Iron Man, Spider-Man, Thor, Hulk; and DC Universes, including Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, etc. Besides the incredibly cool looks, their fighting skills and strategies are also built on the real aptitudes of these superheroes. The fanbase of movie enthusiasts can now have the total control of their favorite superheroes, thanks to the authentic experience in Piggy Planet.
Gameplay
Breeding
Upon releasing, 50,000 originated piggies (gen 0) are stored on Binance Smart Chain platform and distributed automatically through smart contracts with creation time of 15 minutes per new piggy. Players breed piggies by bidding to own at least two piggies, then breed them to create a baby piggy. The baby piggy possesses a distinctive look, inherited from immutable genes of their parents. These genes are also saved on smart contracts. Each baby piggy takes 5 days to grow and get ready for their first breed. This can be shortened to at least one day, depending on the amount of food, otherwise known as the number of tokens that players supply them. There is no limitation to the times piggies breed.
Collecting
Players can add as many collections of piggies as possible, however, there are ways to make the collections become more valuable, including:
- The lower the piggy’s generation (1, 2, 3, etc.), the more expensive it is
- The higher the HP, EXP and Mana, the more expensive the piggy is
- The more uncommon and scarce origins that piggies have, the more expensive it is
- Mutated piggies (Piggies that do not follow regular breeding methods)
- Exclusive piggies (Piggies that are introduced by game developers)
- Originated piggies (Piggies that first appeared on the platform)
